Gaddis Construction, Inc. has been building houses for 3 generations.
Our company was originally Bill Gaddis Construction, but when Willie's
parents retired we changed the name. The company has operated for over
40 years. We have been involved for 15 years.
We build single family custom homes and
do land development.
Some of our past developments have been
on the Coralville reservoir: Lake Vista and Royal Oaks.

We currently have a development in
Walford called Gaddis Estates. We have 18 lots available, and they
range in price from $35,000 to $40,000. The are 1/4 acre lots, size 95
x 150. College Community Schools.
We are opening a new development this
spring called Lakewoods. There are 54 lots, and they are all 1 acre to
2 acres in size. They will be priced from $100,000 to $140,000.
There will also be a 10 acre lake, wooded lots, blacktop streets, and sewer
and water included with each lot.
This development is located in Shueyville,
but is yet to be scheduled. College Community Schools, and easy access
to I-380.
